LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

Private testing agreement

These terms govern access to the private SupplyNerve product build operated by CPH Solutions LLC. By using the service, you confirm that you are an authorized business operator participating in private testing and that you accept these terms.

Approved use

You may use SupplyNerve only through an approved account and only for the testing scope communicated to you. Do not share access, probe another organization, bypass safeguards, upload prohibited data, or use the service unlawfully.

Prototype limitations

SupplyNerve is not a system of record, government traceability system, accounting ledger, bank, underwriter, carrier, warehouse system, or legal-compliance authority. The current workspace uses synthetic data and does not execute external orders, payments, inventory movements, regulatory actions, or customer messages.

Do not rely on the private build for production, regulated, financial, safety-critical, or compliance decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your Google account and access code secure.
  • Use only information you are authorized to provide.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
  • Verify all operational decisions in the owning system.

Availability and changes

The private build may change, pause, or end without a production service commitment. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Ownership and feedback

SupplyNerve and its original software, design, and documentation belong to CPH Solutions LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you are authorized to provide. Feedback may be used to improve the product without an obligation to implement it.

Disclaimer and liability

The private build is provided as available for evaluation, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or production readiness. To the extent permitted by law, CPH Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from prototype use.
